fullscreen native mstsc, silent after a one-time Windows prompts for your password (cmdkey)

One-time handler setup (no script host, no admin, no download of binaries): copy payloads\install.cmd + payloads\ghrdp-rdp-launcher.cs copy from the repo into one folder on your PC and double-click install.cmd - or use WEB DESKTOP below (zero install). install.cmd prints the handler value BEFORE and AFTER and verifies it points at the compiled exe.
